Prior to serving as Managing Director of Payset, Perry gained extensive expertise within the financial services sector with in excess of 35 years of experience in trading, banking (both digital and retail), and payments. Over the past 10 years, he has specialised in the fintech arena.

Adam has served as the Director of Compliance and Anti Money Laundering Officer at Payset since December 2018. He was educated at King’s College London.

Ronen
General Counsel
Shachar has been providing legal advice for Payset since August 2018 and is a member of the founding team. He was also a founding partner of S. Ronen Law Firm, established in 2015. Shachar previously served as Deputy Chief Legal Counsel at Migdal Capital Markets, a leading investment firm, and as a Senior Associate Attorney at M. Firon & Co.

With 15 years of experience in the world of Corporate Finance and 11 years of experience in the Fintech industry, Asaf joined Payset in January 2022 as CFO. Asaf is a Certified Public Accountant, holding an MBA degree in Financial Management from Recanati Business School, Tel-Aviv University.

Ariel began his career with financial advisory firms PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG in Australia, Belgium, and Israel. From there, he joined the newly established tech investment firm Claridge Israel, where he was involved in all aspects of its investment activities, including sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio value creation. He then joined Visa’s global Corporate Development group, leading European outreach activities and closely collaborating with Visa's executive leadership to define and execute inorganic growth strategies. Following that, he served as VP Finance & Strategy at EverC, an AI-driven risk intelligence and management platform for banks, payment providers, and marketplaces, before joining Payset.

Lior has 15+ years of Product Management experience. He leads business growth by delivering high-value products and leading cross-functional, empowered product teams with a customer-centric mindset and is passionate about linking the big-picture pieces together towards effective outcomes. He has experience working in various industries as a Product Manager in global markets and is a member of various global product management communities, sharing his experience and mentoring other product managers and startup advisors.

With over 14 years of prior experience as an Integration Engineer, Software Programmer, and Vice President of R&D, Eliad joined Payset in June of 2022 as our VP of R&D. Eliad studied Computer Science at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and has expertise in development and design as well as the management of complex systems and teams.

With 15 years of diverse HR experience in the tech industry, Reut joined our team in 2023 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Her extensive background demonstrates a strong track record in successfully scaling fast-growing tech companies while maintaining and nurturing their distinctive cultures. Reut graduated cum laude from the University of Haifa with a BA (Hons) in psychology.

With 7 years of experience in the Fintech industry, Roxana joined Payset in 2020 as our Payment Administrator. Roxana is the key administrative contact with Payset's banking partners and the coordinator with all new Fintech partners.
