How do I send money to another Payset user?
To send funds to another Payset account holder:
- Obtain the recipient’s Payset ID.
- Navigate to your currency wallet and click Send.
- Select Add Beneficiary, choose Payset Client, and enter the Payset ID.
- Confirm and save the beneficiary details.
- Enter the amount and finalize the transaction.
Payments between Payset users are free and processed instantly.
What are the fees for sending money?
Fees vary based on your Payset account type and the transaction method. To view your specific fees:
- Log in to your Payset account.
- Go to Settings > Billing & Pricing.

Can I cancel a payment after sending it?
How do I make bulk or batch payments?
To streamline multiple payments, use our bulk payments feature.
This new Payset feature allows you to upload a file to submit multiple transactions for simultaneous processing.
With this feature, you can pay all of your staff, suppliers, or subcontractors with just a few clicks. Simply upload a CSV file containing multiple payment details to process several payments simultaneously.

Are there limits on the amount I can send?
Payset imposes no transaction limits on multi-currency accounts. However, larger transactions may require additional anti-fraud verification. It’s advisable to contact Payset in advance for high-value transfers to avoid delays.
