With extensive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and financial technology, Rudi co-founded Payset after successfully spearheading multiple digital banking and fintech ventures.

An entrepreneur at heart, Ophir has a successful track record of developing market-leading investment and B2C products and services.
Shachar Ronen
Co-Founder & General Counsel
Shachar has provided legal advice for Payset since August 2018 and is a member of the founding team. He was also a founding partner of S. Ronen Law Firm, established in 2015. Shachar previously served as Deputy Chief Legal Counsel at Migdal Capital Markets, a leading investment firm, and as a Senior Associate Attorney at M. Firon & Co.
Perry Asforis
Managing Director
Prior to serving as Managing Director of Payset, Perry gained extensive expertise in the financial services sector with over 35 years of experience in trading, banking (both digital and retail), and payments. Over the past 10 years, he has specialised in the fintech arena.

Director of Compliance & MLRO
Adam has served as the Director of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Officer at Payset since December 2018. He was educated at King’s College London.

Jesper is a financial services leader with extensive product, risk, compliance/financial crime compliance and financial sector knowledge gained over 25+ years from J.P. Morgan, Nordea, Carnegie, a law firm, and the Danish FSA.
Paulo Gaspar
VP of R&D
With a PhD in Computer Science, and as a 3× startup founder with over 12 years of experience in engineering and technology leadership, Paulo has successfully led cross-functional teams within R&D organizations to turn complex technical challenges into scalable, market-ready products.
